Zucchini Bars

4 eggs beaten 2 cups of sugar 1 1/4 c veg oil 2 cups of flour 1 tsp baking soda 1 tsp cinnamon 1 1/2 c grated Zucchini 1 cup chopped walnuts Beat eggs, sugar and oil put aside Mix flour, salt, baking soda and cinnamon and nuts mix altogether then add the zucchini Bake on a 9x13 greased cookie sheet that has the sides at 350 f for 25 min Topping 8 oz cream cheese 1 tsp vanilla 1 1/2 cups of icing sugar 1/2 tsp of lemon juice 1/2 c butter and cream together |
