Ingredients
1/2 head cauliflower Salt & Pepper to taste 1/4 c diced onion 1/4 c diced celery 2 or 3 chopped boiled eggs 1/4 of a green pepper, diced 1/2 tsp (or to your taste) yellow mustard 1/2 c miracle whip thinned with a little milk (or your favorite dressing)
Directions
Cut cauliflower into nice bite size pieces.
Add to boiling water, cook until tender and drain.
Salt & pepper to taste, then stir in onion, celery, gr. pepper and eggs.
