2 cups of flour 1 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp salt 1 cup butter (softened) 1/3 cup Splenda 1/3 cup brown sugar blend Splenda 2 tsp vanilla 2 eggs 1 and 1/3 cup sugar free chocolate chips 1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Heat oven to 375
Stir together flour, baking soda and salt. Beat butter, sugar blends, and vanilla in another bowl until creamy.
Add eggs and beat well.
Gradually add flour mixture, beating well. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts.
Drop by rounded teaspoons onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 7 - 9 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.
Cool slightly, removed from cookie sheet, then let cool completely.
