Note: This is a super-easy recipe that children can make in the kitchen, with minimal help. 

Ingredients

1 15 oz can mandarin oranges, drained
1 8 oz can crushed pineapple, drained
1 cup miniature marshmallows
1/2 cup coconut (sweetened)
1/2 cup sour cream

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir to combine completely. Refrigerate before serving. 

Variations:

Use mini colored marshmallows instead of plain white
Add in: chopped pecans for texture
Add in: halved maraschino cherries or sliced strawberries for additional color
