Not too sweet and yet a wonderful flavor-filled dessert! Tropical and cool, a perfect end to a meal. This recipe is easy enough to make 2 -- perfect for a large get together, to share, or freeze one for use on another day when you're too busy to spend time in the kitchen!
Ingredients
8 oz frozen whipped topping (thawed) 3 oz cream cheese, room temperature 1 tbsp sugar 1/2 cup milk 1 (8 oz) can crushed pineapple, drained 1 1/3 cup flaked coconut 2 - 9 inch graham cracker pie shell
Instructions
Combine cream cheese, sugar, milk, crushed pineapple and coconut in a blender until well mixed. Fold in thawed whipped topping.
Spoon in to a pie shell. Cover loosely, and put in the freezer for about 3-4 hours. Take out of the freezer, as you sit down to dinner, and when its time for dessert it'll be semi-thawed to a perfect consistency for serving.
