Pumpkin Seeds Solutions
TO PREPARE SEEDS: wash and rinse in water to remove pumpkin pulp.
TO ROAST: Coat seeds with one of the recipes below. Spread on roasting pan. Bake at 400F on top shelf until they begin to brown (anywhere between 5 - 20 minutes). This depends on the size and moisture content of the seeds. SWEET MAPLE CINNAMON Ingredients 2 cups raw pumpkin seeds 2 Tbsp. maple syrup coat with cinnamon, to taste 1/2 tsp. salt HOT AND SPICY Ingredients 2 cups raw pumpkin seeds 2 Tbsp. olive oil or vegetable oil 1 tsp. sweet or smoked paprika 1 tsp. chili powder 1 tsp. salt SIMPLY SALTY Ingredients 2 cups raw pumpkin seeds 2 pinches of sea salt 2 Tbsp. olive oil |
