Ingredients
1 small package of either sugar free vanilla or banana pudding 8oz cream cheese (low fat) 1 sweetened condensed milk (low fat) 2 cups milk (I used skim) 4 large bananas, thinly sliced 1 box vanilla wafers (low fat) 1 (8oz) cool whip (low fat)
Directions:
Combine instant pudding and milk in large mixing bowl. Whisk contents together until smooth consistency. Let stand for 5 minutes.
In another mixing bowl, blend the cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk until smooth consistency is reached.
Combine contents of both bowls making sure pudding and cream cheese mixture are well blended.
Fold in cool whip (Make sure to fold it in. DON’T MIX COMPLETELY)
In a large bowl, layer in the following order
a) vanilla wafers b) bananas c) banana pudding Continue until the final layer is the pudding. Refrigerate.
Variations:
Switch chocolate pudding for vanilla pudding and use chocolate graham crackers instead of 'nilla wafers. Instead of bananas use mini chocolate chips and Heath Brickle.
Another variation is to use lemon pudding and lemon wafers adding a little lemon juice and zest to the pudding mix.
