Combine all of the ingredients for the batter, except butter, in a mixing bowl. Blend well. Slowly added in melted butter and mix until smooth. Pour batter in prepared 9x13 pan.
In another bowl, combine the ingredients for the cinnamon swirl. Mix well. Drop by heaping tablespoon full over the top of the batter. With a knife, swirl the cinnamon mixture into the batter in both directions.
Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes.
While cake is still warm (not hot), drizzle glaze mixture on top. I used only about 1/2 of the glaze mixture on mine.
