Ingredients
2 (15 oz) cans of peaches, drained 2 cups flour 2 cups sugar 2 tsp baking soda
Frosting:
1 cup evaporated milk 3/4 cup sugar 1 cup coconut 1/2 cup butter 1 cup chopped nuts
Directions:
For the cake:
Heat oven to 350F.
In a large bowl, mash drained peaches. (you can use a fork or your hands, it doesn't have to be pureed, just broken up)
Add in the flour, sugar and baking soda. Mix well, and pour into a prepared 9x13 pan. Bake for 35 minutes or until center is set. Allow to cool.
For frosting:
Combine all frosting ingredients except nuts in a saucepan. Cook on med-high, stirring frequently until mixture thickens. Remove from heat and add the nuts. Spread over cake and allow to cool and set.
