Ingredients
2 cups of cooked couscous (I used Israeli couscous) 1/4 cup fresh parsley (I omitted this) 1/4 cup chopped dried apricots 1/4 cup slivered almonds 2 tbsp dried cranberries 1/4 cup honey mustard dressing (recipe here)
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and toss well. Serve chilled.
