2 apples, peeled and sliced 2 tbsp butter 4 tbsp brown sugar 2 tbsp maple syrup 1 tsp cinnamon 1/4 (approx) chopped pecans 1 container crescent dough
Heat oven to 375.
In a saucepan, place butter, sliced apples, brown sugar, maple syrup, pecans and cinnamon. Cook together over medium heat for about 10 minutes until apples are soft.
When apples are ready, unroll crescent rolls from the package and place a spoon full of the mixture in the middle of the dough. Pull the corners of the dough up over the apples and seal with your hands, creating little pockets of marvelous, yummy goodness.
Place the pockets on a prepared baking sheet. Spoon left over syrup mixture from the pan over the top of the bundles and bake for about 15-20 minutes until the crescent roll dough is cooked and a light golden brown.
