Ingredients
1 cucumber, sliced 2 small tomatoes sliced 1 small onion sliced
Dill Dressing:
1/2 cup sour cream (or plain yogurt) 2-3 tsp lemon juice 1 tsp dill 1 tsp sugar salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Prepare vegetables and place them in a glass serving bowl.
In another small bowl, combine the dressing ingredients. Season to taste. You can omit the sugar if you prefer, but I like the change in the taste it gives. If you're not sure -- taste it before adding it. I also add a couple of tablespoons of ranch dressing (prepared) to help round it out.
