Note: Sharon says:You can use what you have in the pantry and add what you like. There is no right or wrong way to make this. I have used Splenda in place of sugar and it's just as good.
Green beans (I like French cut)
Corn - white or yellow
Baby Lima beans
Peas
Black eyed peas
Kidney beans
Rinse and drain well
Add in any or all
Diced celery, onion, sweet peppers (green, red, yellow)
1/2 c oil
3/4 c white vinegar
1/2 - 3/4 c sugar
Mix everything together, cover and refrigerate to chill.
Best if left over night.
