2 pounds pork tenderloin, trimmed 2 Granny Smith apples, cored and sliced 1/4 cup applesauce 1 bunch green onions, chopped (bottoms and 3 inches of green) 1 tbsp brown sugar 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
Instructions
Slice tenderloin, into 2 inch thick slices, and place in the bottom of the crock pot.
Combine all other ingredients and pour over top of the pork.
Cook on high for 1 hour, and then stir.
Reduce to low and cook until tender. (about 4 hours)
