Karen says: I saw this in a book and tried it today. I like it. I would personally serve with with coffee as a snack. I liked it right out of the oven with melting butter on top.
Ingredients
1 package Jiffy Cornbread mix * 1 egg 1/3 cup milk 1/3 cup pecan chips 1 small box instant vanilla pudding 1/3 cup dried cranberries ½ cup boiling water

Instructions
In a small bowl, pour boiling water over cranberries. Set aside. Mix first 6 ingredients together in a bowl. Drain cranberries and add to mixture.
Bake at 400 degrees for 20 - 22 minutes or until browned and done. Serve warm with butter.
