Ingredients 1 box devil's food cake (I used Duncan Hines) 3 eggs 1/2 c sour cream 1/2 cup butter, melted 1 1/4 c cola (regular) 1 1/2 c mini marshmallows 1 tsp vanilla
Frosting 6 tbsp butter (softened) 1/2 c cocoa 1/4 tsp salt 1 tsp vanilla 1 lb (2 c) confectioners sugar 5 tbsp cola
Directions
Preheat oven: 350F
Prepare a 9x13 pan.
Combine cake mix, eggs, sour cream, butter and cola. Mix well. Add in marshmallows and mix again.
Pour into prepared pan. Bake for 30-35 minutes until done in the center.
Frosting:
Melt butter in medium sauce pan. Add cocoa and stir until well mixed. Add in remaining frosting ingredients and whisk briskly until icing is the consistency needed. It should form peaks but not be too stiff. Add more cola or icing sugar as needed to get the right texture. Allow the cake to cool slightly once out of the oven, and then spread the icing over a lukewarm cake.
