Ingredients
24 sweet bell peppers (I use a mixture of yellow and red) 3 sticks of butter (1 ½ cups) 2 cups of sugar 1 cup of plain yellow mustard 1 ½ cups of vinegar ½ cup of water 1 cup of flour Salt to taste
Instructions
Grind peppers. Mix all ingredients together. Bring to a boil and then boil for 5 minutes. Stir constantly and the mixture will thicken. Pour mixture into sterilized jars.
Keep refrigerated.

Karen says: This is great with cold cuts or burgers off of the grill in the summer time. I guess this was my Grandma's version of McDonald's secret sauce - just a whole lot better.
