2-3 pound pork roast 4-6 red potatoes (small) 1 cup small carrots 1 large onion, peeled and quartered salt and pepper to taste 1 tsp Italian seasoning 1/2 tsp Montreal steak seasoning 1 can of cream soup (I used mushroom, but you could use chicken or celery too) 2 pouches of onion gravy mix, prepared
Wash vegetables, and place in the bottom of the crock pot.
Season the pork roast with salt and pepper. In a skillet, with a tbsp of olive oil, sear the roast on all sides.
Place the roast on top of the vegetables.Pour undiluted soup over the top. Sprinkle seasoning over everything and cook on low for 5-6 hours.
Two hours prior to the roast being done, mix up the gravy according to the package instructions and pour over the top of the roast, giving a stir to combine everything.
