Thai Peanut Spicy Hummus
1 can drained garbanzo beans 1/4 c peanut butter 2 cloves garlic 1/2 t ginger 1 t onion powder 2 T sesame oil 2 t soy sauce 2 T rooster sauce 1 t grated red onion
Process in a good processor until smooth. Add more oil to get to
consistency you like. Add more soy sauce to get the saltiness you like.

tried. It is delicious. Wow! Served mine on bread crisps and pretzel
chips.
