I used Torino Farfalline pasta that I found at World Market. You can also find it online at Amazon (click photo) or use another farfarlline pasta you prefer. I just thought this one was pretty. :)

Prep Time: 15 minutes Cook Time: 0 Yield:
Ingredients
4 - 4 oz Farfalline pasta, uncooked (1/2 pkg of Torino brand) 1/2 lb fresh cherry tomatoes (I used the sweet angel variety) 1/2 cup olive oil 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced 5 sweet basil leaves, chopped 2 tbsp grated Parmesan salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Cook the pasta on a gentle boil for 10 minutes, or until al dente. Stir only a couple of times, and do not allow the water to get to a full boil.
Drain pasta, and place in bowl with halved cherry tomatoes. Mix all ingredients (except Parmesan) separately until well blended and pour over pasta, tossing gently until everything is well coated.
Salt and pepper to taste. Keep chilled until ready to serve.
