5-6 potatoes, skin on, washed 1/2 cup chopped red onion 2 stalks chopped green onions 1/4 cup chicken broth few shakes of Worcestershire sauce salt and pepper to taste 6 tbsp butter cut into pieces 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded few sprigs of fresh parsley, chopped
Thinly slice potatoes and place them on a large sheet of foil.
Sprinkle chopped red and green onions over top.
Mix together chicken broth, salt and pepper and Worcestershire sauce and pour over top. Be sure to create sides on your sheet of tinfoil before doing this.
Dot with butter, and then sprinkle the cheese and parsley on top. Fold up foil and seal well. Grill (covered) for 45 minutes, turning occasionally over indirect heat.
You can also cook these in the oven at 350F for about 40 minutes.
