This is a great recipe to keep for those days where you're behind on your to-do list before your feet even hit the floor. I think the next time I make it I am going to throw a cup of rice in as well. The gravy tastes great -- no extra spices needed.
Ingredients
6 boneless pork chops 1 pkg ranch dressing (dry) 1 can cream of chicken soup
Instructions
Place the pork chops in the bottom of the crock pot.
In a bowl mix the soup and the dressing mix until blended. Spoon over pork chops.
Cover and cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6 hours.
