Ingredients
1 1/2 cup sugar 3 tbsp quick tapioca 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp nutmeg 1 lb fresh rhubarb, washed and cut 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced pastry for 2 crusts butter
Instructions
In a large bowl, mix together sugar, tapioca, salt and nutmeg. Add in strawberries and rhubarb. Mix to coat the fruit well. Allow to stand for 20 minutes.
Spoon the fruit into a pastry lined 9" pie plate. Dot with butter. Top with a crust (full or lattice).
