A quick easy way to fancy up your mashed potatoes without the fuss needed to make regular twice-baked potatoes.
Ingredients
7-8 potatoes, peeled, cooked, and mashed 4 green onions, chopped 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 1/2 to 1 cup bacon, cooked, chopped 1 1/2 cup sour cream (splash of milk for mashing)
Instructions
Add milk to mashed potatoes. Add in all other ingredients and mix well.
