Ingredients:
fresh spring greens (or other greens of your choice) pecan halves feta crumbles
I haven't given you portions because this is simply up to your personal tastes and how many you need to serve. If you're making this as a side salad make less of it, if its a meal, make more.
Toss ingredients together, with this simple dressing. Amazing!
Simple Vinaigrette:
1 sprig of thyme 1 sprig rosemary 3 tsp red wine vinegar 3 tsp olive oil
Grind up the thyme and rosemary. Add olive oil and vinegar. Mix well and pour over greens.
