Dutch Oven Crusty Garlic Bread

Ingredients
3 c unbleached flour 1 packet rapid rise dry yeast 1 1/2 tsp salt 1 T garlic power 1 1/2 c water, warm
Instructions
Mix all ingredient into a bowl well.
Cover bowl and let sit 12- 18 hours in a draft free area.
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Put cast iron Dutch oven with lid into the oven and warm Dutch oven for 30 minutes.
While the pan is heating, turn dough out onto a floured surface.
Flour your hands and use enough flour to form a nice ball.
Let it sit covered with saran wrap until the Dutch oven is at 450 degrees.
Bake bread covered for 35- 40 minutes. Uncover and bake for 15 more minutes.
