12 pastry tart shells, baked ½ cup brown sugar ¼ cup corn syrup 3 tbsp butter 1 egg, beaten ¼ tsp vanilla 1/8 tsp salt 1 and ½ tsp vinegar 1/3 cup raisins ¼ cup chopped walnuts (optional)
Instructions
Combine sugar, corn syrup and butter. Add egg and blend.
Stir in vinegar, salt, vanilla, and raisins. Add nuts.
Pour into cooked tart shells and bake at 425 F for 5 minutes, and then 350 F for another 15-20 minutes.
