With all of the holiday preparation and cooking going on, often times folks who are on a special diet, end up sitting on the sidelines watching everyone else have fun. This year there's no excuse with this great low guilt recipe that will have every clamoring to the buffet table for a taste.
I box sugar free orange jello powder 2 tbsp plain low fat yogurt 1 large tub fat free/low sugar Cool Whip topping fresh or drained fruit of your choice, chopped (I used mandarin oranges, low sugar canned peaches, and fresh strawberries.)
Mix together thawed Cool Whip topping and dry jello powder until well blended.
Add in yogurt and chopped fruit.
Chill in fridge for at least two hours, preferably overnight.
