Make rub by combining brown sugar, salt, paprika and pepper. Rub on all sides of each pork roast section. Place them in the bottom of your crock pot.
Cut onions into 4 pieces. Place them in the crock pot.
Mix remaining ingredients and pour over top of the pork and onions. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours. When done the pork should shred easily with a fork.
