Ingredients

1 small pkg pistachio instant pudding mix
1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
1 8 oz tub Cool Whip
1/2 cup chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts)
1 cup mini marshmallows
1 cup flaked coconut
1 small jar red maraschino cherries, chopped

Instructions

Mix pineapple and pudding together. Blend well. Fold in Cool Whip, marshmallows, nuts, cherries and coconut. Mix well and chill.
