1 bunch broccoli, chopped 1 medium red onion, chopped 12 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled ½ cup raisins or cranberries 1 cup mayonnaise 1 tbsp vinegar ½ cup sunflower seeds 2 tbsp sugar or sweetener (optional) (*I use Splenda)
Mix well and toss dressing into salad. Chill for at least a couple of hours before serving. Even better the next day!
