8 green chilies, roasted, peeled and chopped 2 tomatoes, chopped or sliced 1 small red onion, chopped 3 bell peppers (green, red and yellow), chopped 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped 3 tbsp your favorite salsa 2 tbsp lemon juice 1/3 tsp garlic salt 1/4 tsp pepper 1/4 tsp cumin
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well. Chill until servings.
