1 12-14 lb pork butt or shoulder roast (pork) fresh! 2 cups favorite bbq sauce 5 cups water 5 tsp pepper 1 clove minced garlic 1 T crushed cloves 1 onion diced up
Instructions
In large crock-pot place the pork roast. Stir together in bowl water BBQ sauce, and remaining ingredients well. Pour over the pork and cover tightly.
Cook on LOW for 12 hours, then turn off. Let stand for 5 hours to cool and make meat so tender you will melt. Remove pork and place on cutting board or large platter.
Using 2 forks, pull the pork apart and place in airtight container. Warm when ready and serve with BBQ sauce
