Two Ingredient Dough
I have to admit when I first saw this recipe I was skeptical because usually when something is too good to be true, it is. This time I was proven wrong.
The base recipe for this is so simple. All you need is:
Combine them together and knead dough for about 5 minutes. Now you're ready to roll it out and create!
I admit -- the first time I went to make this, I mistakenly bought vanilla yogurt instead of plain so it made the dough sweet. Instead of tossing it out I rolled it out, spread on some melted butter, brown sugar, cinnamon and chopped pecans and made the cinnamon roll-ups.
Using the regular plain yogurt I rolled it into pizza dough. So easy!
For the bacon cheddar roll-ups I added a little garlic and Italian seasoning to the dough, before rolling out. Added some cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon and rolled it up, and sliced it. I added a little extra cheese on top and put them in the oven to bake.
Everything was baked at 350F. The roll-ups took about 20-25 minutes and the pizza took about 15 to cook through.
