Twice Baked Potatoes

4 medium baked potatoes 1 tablespoon butter 1/4 -1/2 cup milk 1/4 cup chopped green onions 1/2 cup crumbled cooked bacon or ham cubes 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 1/4 teaspoon each salt and pepper paprika
Cut baked potatoes horizontally, scoop pulp out, and put in a large bowl.
Mash the potatoes and add ingredients in order. The mixture should be slightly soupy as it will dry some while baking.
Carefully stuff potato shells and sprinkle with paprika.
