Texas Potatoes
Ingredients
2 lbs of hash browns, thawed 1 can of cream of chicken soup, undiluted 1 small carton sour cream 1/2 cup margarine, melted 1/2 cup chopped onion 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp pepper
1 cup crushed potato chips (or corn flakes) 1/4 cup margarine, melted
Mix together all the ingredients except for the potato chips and 1/4 cup margarine.
Place in an ungreased 9x13 baking pan.
Cover potato mixture with crushed potato chips and margarine mixture.
Bake covered at 350F for 35 minutes, and then remove foil, and bake another 10 minutes.
