2 1/2 cups ketchup 3/4 cups brown sugar 1 1/2 cups chili sauce 1 1/2 cups wine vinegar 1 1/2 cups water 3/4 can of beer 3.4 cup lemon juice 1/2 cup prepared mustard 2 tbsp celery seed 4 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp soy sauce 2 cloves garlic, mined dash of hot sauce black pepper to taste
Mix in a large bowl.
Store in refrigerator.
Use to marinate brisket or as you would any other bbq sauce.
