Taco Pasta Salad
This cast iron braising pan is what I used to make this recipe.
As the weather continues to make a climb up the thermostat, hearty salads are perfect and easy for a weekday dinner! This is one of our new favorites!
Ingredients
1 lb ground beef 1 (1 oz) package taco seasoning 1/4 cup chopped onion 1 green pepper, chopped 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese 1 cup uncooked corkscrew pasta 3/4 cup French dressing 1 cup chopped lettuce
Saute ground beef with taco seasoning. Drain. Allow to cool to in fridge for 20 minutes.
Cook pasta according to directions. Drain. Rinse with cold water and set aside.
