Homemade Mini Turkey Meatballs
1 lb Lean Ground Turkey 1 and half to 2 cups Garlic and Herb Bread Crumbs (Progresso) 2 Tablespoon Hoisin sauce 2 Tablespoon Soy Sauce 1 Egg 1 Quarter cup Parmesan cheese Quarter teaspoon of Salt , Garlic Powder, Onion Powder 1 teaspoon Poultry seasoning
Preheat Oven to 325 degrees . Mix all ingredients well in a bowl.
Using your hands or a 1 inch cookie dough scoop, make 1 inch little balls place on a cookie sheet . Bake for half an hour at 325 . They should be lightly browned .
Sweet and Sour Sauce
1/2 cup Brown Sugar 1/4 cup Vinegar 2/3 cup Ketchup 2 tablespoons Cornstarch 1 cup Water
Mix well and heat over medium heat until it comes to a slow boil Stir constantly (You can mix the cornstarch with the vinegar for ease of mixing).
