Ingredients
Meatballs
1 lb ground beef 1/4 cup bread crumbs 2 tbsp milk 1 egg 1 small onion, finely chopped 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp pepper
Egg Noodles
Sauce
1/2 cup sour cream 1/4 cup milk 1 can condensed mushroom soup (undiluted) 1 tbsp parsley flakes 1 tsp beef bouillon powder 1/4 tsp nutmeg
Cook noodles as directed, drain and set aside.
Mix all of the meatball ingredients together in a bowl until well combined. Roll meat mixture into medium sized meatballs. (I had 16)
Place meatballs on a baking pan, slightly apart and bake at 375 for 30 minutes.
Mix sauce ingredients together in a large saucepan, until heated and well combined. Add in meatballs, and continue to cook on medium heat until everything is heated through.
