Strawberry Magic Cake
Ingredients
1 - 10 oz pkg mini marshmallows 1 - 18 oz box yellow cake mix 1 - 3 oz box strawberry jello, dry 2/3 cup water 1 - 16 oz bag frozen sliced strawberries, partially thawed Cool Whip
Preheat oven to 350F.
Spray a 9 x 13 inch baking dish with cooking spray. Spread marshmallows evenly in the bottom of the pan.
Prepare cake mix according to the package directions, and pour batter over top of the marshmallows.
Sprinkle the dry jello powder over top of the cake batter.
Drop slightly thawed strawberries by the spoonful here and there, evenly over the jello powder.
Pour 2/3 cup cold water over the cake - DO NOT STIR!
Bake for about 60 minutes, until golden brown on top, and a toothpick comes out clean.
Let stand 30 minutes before cutting. Top with Cool Whip and additional strawberries!
