Stewed Country Ribs
3-5 lbs country style pork ribs 1/2 cup chopped celery 1 medium onion chopped 1 green pepper chopped 1 cup ketchup 1/4 cup yellow mustard 1 cup bbq sauce 3/4 cup water 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp brown sugar 1 tsp salt 1 tsp pepper 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1 can (14.5 oz) fire roasted tomatoes
Place ribs in the bottom of the crock pot.
Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl. Pour over top of the ribs.
