Steak or Pork Marinade
Here in the South, grilling is almost always in season; and for the rest of you, Spring is here and warm days are soon arriving - don't get discouraged by the snow you see from your kitchen window! I'm marinating some pork chops for the BBQ tomorrow and I thought I'd share the recipe. A good 24 hours sitting in this marinade will make for a great dinner! Ingredients
Combine all ingredients well in a large gallon resealable bag. Add in pork chops or steak. Seal the bag, with as little air inside as possible. Refrigerate for 24 hours before grilling.
