Steak Fingers

Ingredients:
4 cubed round steaks 1 cup flour 2 tsp (approx) of seasoning (I used a spicy seasoning salt) but you can use cayenne pepper, paprika etc.. 3 eggs 2 tbsp milk olive oil and butter
Cut steak into strips.
Mix seasonings with flour in a bowl.
In another bowl mix the eggs and milk.
Melt butter in skillet. Add olive oil.
Dredge steak strips through flour, then into the egg and back to the flour again. Saute in the pan until cooked through and nicely browned. Serve with gravy or sauce of your preference.
