6 oz uncooked spaghetti noodles 2 eggs, beaten 1/2 cup parmesan cheese 1 lb ground beef 1/2 onion, chopped 2 cloves garlic minced 1 cup mozzarella cheese, divided 1 cup spaghetti sauce chopped parsley
Cook spaghetti, as directed, drain and rinse. Allow to cool slightly. Add in beaten eggs and parmesan cheese. Mix well and press into the bottom of a 10 inch prepared pie plate.
Saute ground beef with onion and garlic until cooked through. Drain. Add in spaghetti sauce. Heat through for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Sprinkle 1/2 cup of the shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the spaghetti layer. Add the meat/spaghetti sauce, spreading evenly. Sprinkle remaining mozzarella cheese on top. Sprinkle chopped parsley on top, ever so lightly.
Bake in a 350F oven for 20-25 minutes.
Allow the pie to set for a few minutes (10 or so) after removing from the oven, before serving.
