Rice Casserole
Ingredients
1 cup uncooked long grain rice 1 can beef consomme, undiluted 1/2 can water 1 bunch green onions chopped 1 green pepper, chopped salt and pepper, to taste 1/2 cup butter
Prepare 2 qt casserole dish with cooking spray.
Place rice, consomme and water in the casserole dish.
In a skillet, saute green onions and green pepper in butter until softened. Season with salt and pepper. Add to the casserole dish and stir.
Bake at 350 for 1 hour, uncovered. Fluff before serving.
