Red White and Blue Chicken Salad
Ingredients
3 chicken breasts, grilled and shredded. 1 c mayonnaise 1/2 c Italian dressing 1 stalk celery, diced 1 stem of green onion, diced 1 c dried cranberries 1 c dried blue berries 1/2 c apple (Granny Smith is best) salt to taste
Grill or pan fry chicken and shred.
Add chopped onion, chopprd celery and chopped apples.
Mix in a large bowl, add cranberries abd blueberries.
Mix all the ingredients until well blended. Chill for 3 hours or overnight.
