Seasoned Croutons
Thank you to Stacey Messina Weiss for this new recipe! Just in time for the holidays and making stuffing!
Ingredients
Preheat oven to 225F
1-2 loaves white bread, more for bigger recipe (save the bags and ties for storage!) Olive oil spray Dried parsley, paprika, garlic salt, Lawrys seasoning, pepper and dried sage
Cut bread into cubes by slicing lengthwise then across with serrated knife. Toss cubes into large bowl.
Spray the cubes with liberal amount of olive oil spray and toss with spoon to evenly coat.
Add your desired amounts of seasons, and stir well to coat.
Spread on greased cookie sheets and level evenly. Bake in oven 1/2 and turn. Return to oven another 30-40 minutes until they feel crusty. Turn off oven and let cool completely before removing.
