Hearty and simple. A perfect family meal in the crock pot for busy Moms and Dads. Ingredients
2 lbs beef stew meat 6 potatoes, peeled and cubed 2 cups carrots 2 onions, chopped 1 green bell pepper, chopped 1 cup celery, chopped 1 can tomato soup (undiluted) 1 cup water 2 tbsp tapioca 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp black pepper 1 bay leaf
Combine all ingredients in crock pot. (I like to brown my meat first to give it a bit of extra color).
Cook on low for about 8-10 hours. Remove bay leaf before serving.
