Ingredients Just picked today from my container grade.
Home made Pico De Gallo
2 c small diced ripe tomatoes 2 finely diced jalapeños 1 small diced green pepper 2 T minced garlic 1/4 cup finely chipped cilantro Garlic salt to taste 1/4 t celery salt 1/4 mustard seeds 1/3 t turmeric
Karen says: I didn't have onions from the garden but I would have added about 1/2 cup of finely diced onions.
Serve with chips. Very refreshing.
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together. Keep refrigerated.
